This Privacy Policy explains how EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. (”EFLA”, ”we”, ”us”, ”our”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website, mobile applications, booking platform, admin dashboards and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Platform, and information from third parties involved in fulfilling your shipments.

• Account information — name, username, email, phone number, profile photo, business type and GST number (for B2B/Franchise accounts).
• Shipment information — sender and receiver names, addresses, contact numbers, package details, invoice values, e-way bill numbers and declared contents.
• Payment information — transaction identifiers, payment status and amounts. Full card, UPI or bank details are handled directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and are not stored on our servers.
• COD bank details — account holder name, account number, bank name, IFSC code and supporting invoice, collected only when Cash-on-Delivery is selected, for the purpose of remitting COD proceeds.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, collected automatically to operate and improve the Platform.
• Communications — records of OTPs, SMS notifications, support requests and correspondence with our team.

• To create and manage your account, and authenticate you via OTP or login credentials.
• To process shipment bookings, calculate pricing, generate invoices and facilitate pickup and delivery.
• To process payments, including online payments and Pay-Later invoicing for eligible B2B/Franchise accounts.
• To send transactional communications — booking confirmations, tracking updates, delivery OTPs and payment receipts — via SMS and email.
• To provide customer support and respond to enquiries or complaints.
• To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• To comply with legal, tax, customs and regulatory obligations.
• To analyse and improve Platform performance, features and user experience.

We process your personal data on the basis of: performance of the shipment/service contract between you and EFLA; compliance with legal obligations (including tax, GST and customs requirements); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform; and, where applicable, your consent (for example, for optional marketing communications).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our services:

• Payment processors — Razorpay, to process online payments securely.
• SMS/communication providers — such as MSG91, to deliver OTPs, tracking updates and transactional notifications.
• Logistics and delivery partners — to the extent necessary to complete pickup, transit and delivery of your shipment.
• Government and regulatory authorities — where required by law, customs regulation, or valid legal process.
• Professional advisors — such as auditors or legal counsel, under confidentiality obligations.

Our website and platform use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure your session, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit some Platform features (such as staying logged in).

We implement technical and organisational safeguards — including encrypted transmission, access controls, and hashed OTPs/credentials — to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal and shipment data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations (including GST record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Invoice records and shipment snapshots are retained as permanent financial records once generated.

• You may access and update your account and profile information at any time from your dashboard.
• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request correction of inaccurate information, by contacting us.
• You may request deletion of your account, subject to our obligation to retain certain records (e.g. invoices, shipment history) for legal and tax purposes.
• You may opt out of non-essential communications; transactional messages related to active shipments (OTPs, tracking updates) cannot be opted out of while a shipment is in progress.

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

Your information is primarily stored and processed on servers located in India, and may be processed by our service providers (such as payment and SMS gateways) in accordance with their own data protection practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
