Terms & Conditions

Our Terms & Conditions explain how our courier & logistics services work across our website, apps and booking platform.

1. Definitions

  • Customer — Any individual, company, organisation or institution using EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. services.
  • Shipment — Any document, parcel, package, freight or consignment booked through EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD.
  • Sender — The person or entity booking the shipment.
  • Receiver — The person or entity to whom the shipment is addressed.
  • Website / Platform — All official EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. websites, portals, dashboards, APIs and mobile applications, including this booking and tracking platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be legally competent to enter into a valid contract under the laws of India. By creating an account or booking a shipment, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access booking, tracking, invoicing and dashboard features, you may be required to register an account using your name, email, phone number and business details (for B2B / Franchise accounts).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Service Availability

EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. provides courier, express delivery, logistics, freight, surface transportation, air cargo, warehousing, fulfilment, reverse logistics and value-added services, accessible through our website, mobile applications and booking platform. Service availability depends on destination, operational feasibility and regulatory requirements. Features on the platform (rate calculators, live tracking, pincode serviceability checks) are provided for convenience and may be updated or modified at any time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate sender, receiver and package information at the time of booking.
  • Correctly declare shipment contents, invoice value and applicable e-way bill details.
  • Ensure proper packaging suited to the nature, weight and fragility of the shipment.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including customs, GST and export/import regulations.
  • Pay all shipping charges, GST, taxes and applicable COD/insurance fees in full and on time.

6. Shipment Acceptance

EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to refuse, hold or cancel any shipment containing prohibited items, incorrect information, security risks or legal violations, at any stage of the shipment lifecycle, without prior notice.

7. Packaging

Customers are solely responsible for safe and secure packaging. EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for damages caused by poor packaging, leakage, inadequate protection or manufacturing defects of the packaged item.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Shipments

Prohibited items include illegal goods, explosives, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, weapons, narcotics, counterfeit products, cash, precious metals, live animals and restricted items requiring special government approval. Booking a shipment containing any prohibited item may result in immediate cancellation, forfeiture of charges paid, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Shipment Inspection

EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. may inspect, scan, X-ray or open shipments as required for security, customs and regulatory compliance, at any point during transit.

10. Shipping Charges & Payments

Charges may include freight charges, fuel surcharge, remote area charges, handling charges, packaging charges, COD charges, insurance fees, GST and other applicable taxes. Billing is based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, as calculated at the time of booking and confirmed on the platform.

  • Online payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. does not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
  • Eligible B2B and Franchise accounts may be granted ”Pay Later” credit terms at our sole discretion, subject to periodic invoicing and settlement as agreed.
  • Invoices generated on the platform reflect a snapshot of shipment charges at the time of generation and are the authoritative billing record for that period.

11. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery are subject to operational availability. Delivery timelines shown on the platform, in emails, or via SMS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

12. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery may be confirmed through OTP verification, digital signature, recipient signature, authorised acceptance, ePOD (electronic proof of delivery) or any other approved method. OTPs sent for delivery confirmation are time-bound and should not be shared with anyone other than the authorised recipient.

13. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal, restricted premises, government restrictions or unpaid charges.

14. Return to Origin (RTO)

Undelivered shipments may be returned to the sender. Applicable RTO charges shall be borne by the customer.

15. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD remittances shall be settled as per the applicable settlement cycle. EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for delays caused by banking, payment gateway or regulatory issues. Accurate bank account details must be provided at the time of booking a COD shipment to avoid remittance delays.

16. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information provided through the website, dashboard and SMS notifications is offered for customer convenience and may be delayed due to technical or operational reasons.

17. Insurance

Insurance is available upon request at the time of booking and is subject to terms shown on the platform. Compensation for uninsured shipments shall be limited as per company policy and applicable laws.

18. Limitation of Liability

EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, business, profit, market or delay-related losses, third-party actions, poor packaging, platform downtime, or force majeure events.

19. Force Majeure

EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, riots, strikes, cyber-attacks, transport disruptions, government actions, internet/telecom outages, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

20. Acceptable Use of the Platform

  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorised access, scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with its normal operation.
  • You must not use the platform to book shipments containing prohibited items or to circumvent applicable laws.
  • Automated or bulk account creation without authorisation is prohibited.

22. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, software, source code, content and branding associated with EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. Courier & Logistics — including this website and platform — are the intellectual property of EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

23. Privacy

Customer information shall be collected, used and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

24. Fraud Prevention

EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel bookings, withhold pay-later credit, and take legal action in cases of fraud, misuse or suspicious activity.

25. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment of dues, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD., other customers, or third parties.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD.'s principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

27. Amendments

EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on this page.

28. Contact Information

This Terms & Conditions document applies to all users of EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD.'s website, mobile applications, booking platform and related digital services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
