Users must be legally competent to enter into a valid contract under the laws of India. By creating an account or booking a shipment, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and current.
To access booking, tracking, invoicing and dashboard features, you may be required to register an account using your name, email, phone number and business details (for B2B / Franchise accounts).
EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. provides courier, express delivery, logistics, freight, surface transportation, air cargo, warehousing, fulfilment, reverse logistics and value-added services, accessible through our website, mobile applications and booking platform. Service availability depends on destination, operational feasibility and regulatory requirements. Features on the platform (rate calculators, live tracking, pincode serviceability checks) are provided for convenience and may be updated or modified at any time.
EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to refuse, hold or cancel any shipment containing prohibited items, incorrect information, security risks or legal violations, at any stage of the shipment lifecycle, without prior notice.
Customers are solely responsible for safe and secure packaging. EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for damages caused by poor packaging, leakage, inadequate protection or manufacturing defects of the packaged item.
Prohibited items include illegal goods, explosives, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, weapons, narcotics, counterfeit products, cash, precious metals, live animals and restricted items requiring special government approval. Booking a shipment containing any prohibited item may result in immediate cancellation, forfeiture of charges paid, and reporting to relevant authorities.
EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. may inspect, scan, X-ray or open shipments as required for security, customs and regulatory compliance, at any point during transit.
Charges may include freight charges, fuel surcharge, remote area charges, handling charges, packaging charges, COD charges, insurance fees, GST and other applicable taxes. Billing is based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, as calculated at the time of booking and confirmed on the platform.
Pickup and delivery are subject to operational availability. Delivery timelines shown on the platform, in emails, or via SMS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be confirmed through OTP verification, digital signature, recipient signature, authorised acceptance, ePOD (electronic proof of delivery) or any other approved method. OTPs sent for delivery confirmation are time-bound and should not be shared with anyone other than the authorised recipient.
Delivery may fail due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal, restricted premises, government restrictions or unpaid charges.
Undelivered shipments may be returned to the sender. Applicable RTO charges shall be borne by the customer.
COD remittances shall be settled as per the applicable settlement cycle. EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for delays caused by banking, payment gateway or regulatory issues. Accurate bank account details must be provided at the time of booking a COD shipment to avoid remittance delays.
Tracking information provided through the website, dashboard and SMS notifications is offered for customer convenience and may be delayed due to technical or operational reasons.
Insurance is available upon request at the time of booking and is subject to terms shown on the platform. Compensation for uninsured shipments shall be limited as per company policy and applicable laws.
EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, business, profit, market or delay-related losses, third-party actions, poor packaging, platform downtime, or force majeure events.
EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, riots, strikes, cyber-attacks, transport disruptions, government actions, internet/telecom outages, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment gateways, SMS providers, and mapping services) to deliver its features. EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties, and your use of such services may be subject to their own terms.
All logos, trademarks, designs, software, source code, content and branding associated with EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. Courier & Logistics — including this website and platform — are the intellectual property of EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.
Customer information shall be collected, used and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel bookings, withhold pay-later credit, and take legal action in cases of fraud, misuse or suspicious activity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment of dues, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD., other customers, or third parties.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD.'s principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on this page.
This Terms & Conditions document applies to all users of EFLA GROUP PVT. LTD.'s website, mobile applications, booking platform and related digital services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
